The rules:
Welcome to The Flat Tummy Challenge

The challenge begins Tuesday, May 1 to Thursday, May 31, 2018. Please submit your weight and waist measurements by midnight on May 31, 2018 and again on May 31, 2018. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO SUBMIT YOUR WEIGHT WEEKLY TO ME. I NEED THE INTIAL AND END WEIGHT AND WAIST MEASUREMENTS. Keep up with your weights and measurements weekly. Be sure to use the measuring tape for waist measurements, take a picture on the scale and submit the numbers.

I will ask you to personally keep up with your weight and measurements weekly by recording it in a journal. Please send me a picture of you on the scale and of your measurements via inbox on FB @naorganizing or email at . From there two winners will be chosen based off of two weight groups: one under 150 lbs and one over 151 lbs. The contest is $10 per person to enter and all proceeds goes to our two winners.

Winners will be selected by an average of beginning and end weight in addition to measurements. This is our 5th challenge and all we are doing is posting what we eat and drink, working out, and motivating one another. It’s that simple.
