1. Select your waist trainer size. The waist trainer is shown in the picture. It’s perfect for working out or wearing it around the house. Get the full support and tummy control support. The waist trainer pants run sizes S-6X. The sizing chart is below. The waist trainer comes in black only. It has some stretch but I would suggest ordering one size up if you have a larger belly.
NOTE:
-the Osmotic Wrap is free size it is for all sizes.
- the Pink Wrap is for sizes S-XL.
