Hello I’m Shay and I’m a single mom of two one boy and girl! I absolutely love fashion: I love looking and feeling good. I have a burning desire to support/ help people on their weight lost journey which is the reason why I started Get Fit With Shay. I understand the struggle of the bulged. I’ve lost over 100lbs on this journey of mines and it’s been about 3 years!  I could remember just praying 🧎‍♀️ asking God to help me get this weight off me. The opportunity came around twice. The first time I played around with it and didn’t take it serious. This time though I played no games: stayed consistent and dedicated to my reason why and was able to drop like a whole person! I won the battle against obesity and so can you!
