Here is how it works:
1. Select your waist trainer size. The full body waist trainer is shown in the picture. It’s perfect for working out or wearing it around the house. Get the full support and tummy control support. The waist trainer run sizes S-6X. The sizing chart is below in the picture section. The waist trainer comes in black only. Measurements listed in the picture section there is a chart.

2. Select the detox oil, and or juice or both along with the amount. You select which one works best for you. Detox oils are 30 ML. Place the detox oil on the belly, back fat, arms or legs and use the reusable wrap then place the waist trainer on top of the wrap. Waist train 3-4 hours per day consistency is key. Detox juice is 2 bottles of 16 ounces which is a 4-day detox. The 4 bottles are for an 8-day detox and is 64 ounces which is half a gallon. Each are also sold separately.

3. Detox Juice Drinking details: Drink 4 ounces in the morning to cleanse what you ate that night AND drink 4 ounces at night to cleanse what you ate that day. One bottle will last two days so be sure to drink at least half the bottle per day.
