How to apply:
1. Once you open the package, locate the single piece with the gray Velcro and link it to the back piece of the waist trainer. You must put the single piece through the back then fasten the Velcro.
2. Put the waist trainer on as seen in the picture and video below. Fasten it beneath your belly and use the straps to tighten or loosen on the sides. You may also use the gray pieces and move them at your comfort.
