1. Select your waist trainer color. The waist trainer is shown in the picture. It’s perfect for working out or wearing it around the house. Get the full support and tummy control support. The waist trainer run sizes in sizes 3M (S-XL) 4M (2X-4X) and 5M (5-8X) sizing chart.
The waist trainer comes in black and red. It has nice stretch. Be sure to select the color you’d like.
2. Select which wrap you want below:
-the Osmotic Wrap is free size it is for all sizes (S-8X).
- the Pink Wrap is for sizes S-XL.
