Every two weeks we put up a poll to see what challenge everyone wants to take in the group. After everyone votes, what challenge gets the most votes win.
So far we have had a water, waist training, squat, and crunches and plank challenge. All in 2021! We hope you not only start this journey with us, but also finish and share the fun with others.
